Help Desk – Buffalo, NY – Contract to Hire
We are currently recruiting for a help desk position in Buffalo. This is a temp to hire role joining an existing help desk team at an established company (in business since 1960′s).

The successful candidate will work on an existing team providing Enterprise IT support to over 800 users both onsite and remote.
The ideal candidate will already have technical knowledge supporting a variety of Microsoft technologies and others such as:
Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003, Office 2007, Office 2010 along with MAC OS X and Office 2008 for MAC and Adobe Creative Suite.
We are only seeking candidates who have great customer service skills, excellent communication and a strong aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies. We are seeking a true self-starter who asks the right questions to learn quickly.
