Our client, is one of the largest digital and print publishers in the world.  They have an immediate need for an AdOps Associate in NYC.

Reporting to the Ad Operations Director the AdOps Associate is responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management and assist in developing operational process. The ideal candidate has proven experience with campaign management, ad trafficking, reporting, ad product creation and creative troubleshooting.

You will:

Review and approve insertions orders for accuracy
Provide ad specifications and gather assets from agencies & clients
QA, troubleshoot and traffick 3rd party tags
Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with sales planning, agencies and vendors on status, issues and optimizations
Provide delivery and performance reporting updates during and at the completion of campaigns
Manage rich media ad builds with external vendors as well as build additional ad products using self service third party ad serving and building tools
Have the opportunity to develop and build new Rich Media product offerings for desktop, tablet and mobile
Stay up to date on current and upcoming technology advances in the industry
Play a key role in providing feedback and recommendations to improve process and efficiencies
Assist in creating process and support documents to be used as training resources for the team
Provide back up support for all team members

You are:

Experienced: Ideal candidate has minimum of 3 years of ad serving experience. Has a working knowledge of ad servers, rich media vendors, digital media plans and contract management systems. Experience with DFPP, Fivia Adfront, Photoshop, Celtra and debugging tools a plus and experience in managing entertainment clients a bigger plus
