This position is based in our home office located in Sunderland, Vermont and reports to our Manager of Technical Services. It is an individual contributor role with no-direct reports; this is an exempt (salaried) position.

Qualifications that will ensure that you hit the ground running:

  • Minimum 3-5 years supporting Mac OS X and maintaining hardware and software in a networked environment
  • Proficient with installing and supporting Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of office productivity products
  • Ability to collaborate as well as work independently to solve problems
  • Experience supporting users onsite and remotely
  • Strong organizational agility and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic team player interested in improving internal processes
  • Strengths in following policies and procedures related to how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed and corrected
  • Hunger for learning new things, solving new problems and accomplishing big things


Qualifications and skills we hope you have:

  • Hands-on experience with a digital assets management platform and workflows (Lago, Adobe Experience Manager, Widen, Pimcore, etc.).
  • Experience or exposure to implementing technology (software, platforms, or systems)
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a professional or client-facing environment (agency experience a plus)
  • Experience with Web Content Management Systems and integrations (Sitecore, AEM, Drupal)
  • Apple Certified Support Professional


Things you will commonly be working on:

  • Support local and remote Mac peripheral devices and server infrastructure for specific devices
  • Perform various operational maintenance tasks including device provisioning, patching, backup monitoring, basic system administration, decommissioning
  • Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for advanced support including remote troubleshooting, and onsite break/fix
  • Smart-hands to assist engineers to troubleshoot/resolve issues or outages that impact business
  • Troubleshooting issues within a Mac OS X/Windows hybrid environment
  • Help desk support and technical training on hardware and software to end users; specifically, Mac users
  • Troubleshooting Mac software and hardware for end users via phone, email, and service desk walk-ups; also supporting iPhone, iPads, and other Mac related hardware in office
  • Set up mobile phone Exchange email, VPN, and internet access for users via secure company network
  • Provision new equipment for end users including peripheral devices, Mac laptops, etc.
  • Examine, design, and implement new internal procedures to improve office procedures
  • Executive Support (local and remote)
