Overview: The Applications & Systems Analyst will report directly to the Sr. IT Operations Manager and
will supervise and coordinate the analysis, evaluation, testing and implementation for  applications systems. The candidate will focus on the Point-of-Sale application (Cegid Y2) and
Magento 2 E-Commerce Platform.

This role will also gain expertise and mastery in other major
applications (Infor M3, Salesforce) and reporting system (BI). He or she will consult with users to identify
current operating procedures, problems, requirements and provide troubleshooting (Level 2 Support).
The candidate will also assist with all General L2 Support including employee user setup, hardware
rollouts, retail boutique setup, special events and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong
technical knowledge of retail systems and processes including managing interfaces between various
endpoints, understanding of inventory/warehousing workflows and Point of sale workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Solicit business experts to gather information and translate business information into functional
requirements
• Identify resources, deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
• Implement system changes through automation, process change, management solutions and
training
• Manage user acceptance testing and roll out
• Coordinate and conduct user group training
• Specify goals, resources, strategy, and risks for special projects
• Provide weekly status reports including any relevant information to key stakeholders
• Prepare various documentation including project reports, process and user manuals,
presentations, strategic and technical plans and other related information on assigned application
analyses
• Define metrics to track advancement against schedule and budget
• Monitor and communicate on project results
• Perform L2 support functions for major applications, hardware and systems
• Lead problem identification and resolution
• Support and maintain installed systems
• Conduct diagnostic investigations of errors and implement or recommend solutions or
methodologies for technical resolution
• Investigate before reporting system issues to core team and/or directly to software vendors
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge MS SQL Enterprise
• Knowledge of Magento 2 E-Commerce platform
• Knowledge Cegid Y2 Point of Sales System is a plus
• Knowledge of Infor M3 ERP System is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce system
• Project management tools (MS Project and Visio) is a plus
• Knowledge of systems integration process
Additional Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• 2-3 years of experience working in information technology or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of
responsibility
• Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
• Additional language fluency is a plus
