Our client is seeking a motivated Organizational Change Management Consultant to join their team. They are a global technology consulting firm that enables organizations to modernize through digital transformation.

This is a fully remote / full-time / direct hire position

Salary range based on experience: $110,000 – $120,000

Change Management Responsibilities:

  • Envision and establish best practices as trend-forward thought leaders in the field
  • Align change to key business objectives and values
  • Understand underlying theories of change and apply them in practice
  • Assess stakeholder willingness, readiness and ability to adopt and sustain the change and strategize use of Change Champions
  • Design and deliver simple, sustainable approaches customized to client needs and goals to achieve real, demonstrable results
  • Execute strategies to change mindsets and behaviors using a structured approach
  • Conduct client meetings and workshops
  • Create and deliver a robust communications plan for projects
  • Manage change lifecycle of a project from beginning to end
  • Use approaches derived from evidence-based data

Organizational Awareness

Our OCM Consultants must understand the environment, culture, and related dynamics to effectively diagnose and design appropriate interventions at the organization, team, and individual levels. As such, you:

  • Are attuned to, and work effectively, in varying political and cultural environments
  • Have business acumen – quickness in understanding and dealing with any business situation in a manner that leads to a positive outcome

Act as a thought partner by recommending actions, structuring approach and timing by:

  • Accurately assessing issues, attitudes, needs

  • Thinking strategically
  • Building lasting relationships
  • Sharing industry relevant practices and findings

  • 10+ years in Change Management
  • 8+ years proven success as a client-facing change consultant, preferably as an external consultant, Govt. Project experience a plus
  • 5+ years building a successful CE methodology
  • Professional demeanor: highly motivated, proactive, and organized with exceptional customer-facing presentation and communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Previous Fortune 100 experience and PROSCI certification are considered a plus
  • Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
