Our client is seeking a Data Architect to join their team.

This is a fully remote / full-time / direct hire position

Salary range based on experience: $160,000 – $200,000

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and process client data during data migration from and existing client system to Salesforce
  • Lead clients in data migration best practices in order to clean and migrate their data in the best way
  • Constant communication with your project team and client to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Proactive outreach to ensure customer success during their first month post-live.
  • Create requirements documentation and effectively communicate the requirements to other team members.
  • Direct other team members around project related tasks and ensure they follow best practices.
  • Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal Services teams to define ongoing best practices for data migration Serve as a brand ambassador to create promoters within industry.
  • Travel to industry conferences and visit customers on site when called upon. Able to travel up to 20% of the time.

 

What you will bring:

  • 5-7 years’ Data Migration experience with past leadership, or strong ambition to lead and grow a Data Migration practice
  • Strong SQL experience, 8+ years.
  • Experience with data migration tools, such as Salesforce Data Loader
  • DBAmp, Talend, any other tools to analyze data is welcomed
  • Experience with data manipulation techniques, such as Mapping Data, Cleansing Data, Formatting Data, Clustering Data, Harmonizing Data
  • Understanding of and ability to explain Salesforce data structure best practices
  • Understanding of and ability to explain data migration and data cleansing best practices
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Ability to influence decision-making and change
  • Highly organized and strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to display good judgment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions

  • Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
