Our client in Frisco, TX has an opening for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.
This is a hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) / full-time / direct hire position
Salary range based on experience: $60K – $70K
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field/related experience

4+ years of demonstrated experience in HR best practices, specifically employment law, and employee relations

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

High emotional intelligence
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
● Partner with the directors to assess existing HR programs, processes, and practices,
identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive innovative solutions to enhance employee
experience
● Support employee life cycle management, and internal transfers/promotions
● Support the employee performance appraisal process
● Provide above and beyond onsite-employee support, addressing employee concerns
and implementing necessary changes to improve company culture
● Succession planning
● Maintain employee files and records
● Ensure compliance with labor regulations
● Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
● Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
● Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee
experience
● Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and
regulations and addressing employee grievances
● Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, compliances and best practices.
What you will bring:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field/related
experience
● 4+ years of demonstrated experience in HR best practices, employment law, and
employee relations
● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
