How are you successful in this role?
This position is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to all users and stakeholders by providing hands on technical support and troubleshooting. As part of the IT team, this individual will answer tickets and any sort of request from end users according to department processes. Participation in projects, and ongoing initiatives, such as the onboarding and setup of new users with IT systems and equipment will be required under direction from management and the senior members on the team. Through the support system and any other support channels, provide direct break-fix support for all internal and external customers to ensure successful use of computer workstation hardware and software, telephone, network, operating system, printing, and Internet services. Complete duties relating to setup and deployment of equipment and services to end users, including imaging, training, system replacement, and onboarding. Address service requests to the IT department following departmental requirements. Participate in frequent team meetings and root-cause- analysis to continuously improve the IT customer experience. Escalate resolution for Help Desk tickets to infrastructure, compliance, or application support teams.
What are we looking for?
1-3 years supporting users in IT in some capacity.
Troubleshooting ability, verbal and written communication skills.
What we would love to see?
Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Salary range depending on experience: $50K – $75K
