Senior Program Manager – Hybrid
Our client in Atlanta, GA is looking for a highly capable Senior Program Manager to expand and refine their eCommerce presence. The Senior Program Manager contributes to the company’s success by planning for and managing teams to deliver projects that span across multiple disciplines. This includes managing resources, schedules, issues, risks, change requests while adhering to SDLC control guidelines throughout the full life cycle. Successful candidate will insure on-time, on-budget, high quality project delivery while contributing to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

Senior Program Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader/mentor for a team of Project Managers
- Directly and indirectly oversee projects from inception to pre-PROD demo review
- Track weekly project performance to ensure features are delivered within scope
- Remove roadblocks and drive execution of projects that spans across technical functional teams
- Assist with managing priorities of 3rd party dev teams
- Gain technical knowledge and serve as liaison between digital tech team and the enterprise tech team
- Define project specifications and document goals, scope, stakeholders, risks, issues, success measures.
- Prepare resource and effort estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
- Ensure that all required sub-projects and activities are identified, planned, and managed
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair team meetings
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
- Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
- Proactively manage projects to deliver them in-scope, on-time and on-budget while enforcing checkpoints
- Maintain an objective, fact-based perspective and encourage teams to display transparency on status and to proactively recommend opportunities to improve
Senior Program Manager Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ Year’s project management
- Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and processes including JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of software application development and SDLC including Waterfall and Agile
- Knowledge of information technology including eCommerce, networking, and infrastructure
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, escalation, and influencing skills
- Strong business and organizational acumen, leadership abilities, good judgment, appropriateness, and courage
Salary range: $150,000 – $160,000
