My name is Jacob Lamos and I recently joined JMS Technical Solutions as a Vice President. My staffing background comes from a wide variety of industries… HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and others. One area where I have seen a lot of traction has been in staffing sales professionals.

The worst thing a business can do is become complacent and putting the right sales team in the right seats can make all the difference.

Coming from my staffing background and years of selling staffing services, I have always had a nact for finding good salespeople because I know what it takes to be successful in these types of roles. Having professional experiences that I can relate to, makes a very suitable recruitment platform to pull from when speaking to candidates.  You know the difference between a good salesperson and a great salesperson.

Sales is the revenue driver for businesses, and it is so important for businesses to hire the right professionals to sit in those seats. Not just finding the right person but making sure that person is in the right seat to be successful. That is where we come in with our expertise. This alignment became very evident with JMS’s extensive IT staffing model and my previous experience building sales teams across the nation. I have filled all types of sales roles from companies needing to hire 6 SDR’s at a time to a company looking to bring on a new VP of Sales to rebuild their team. We at JMS have the technology/internal capacity to deliver on any role sent our way in this realm.

Having said all of this, we are officially launching a SaaS Sales Staffing division where we will be hyper focused on helping companies find the best sales professionals possible.
